April 2023 Offerings

Have you ever wondered if you could do  a silent retreat?

Have you ever wondered WHY you would do a silent retreat?

First of all you can, if you have the desire to be alone with your thoughts.

We will make it easy on you also with our all inclusive* offerings!

Seize this once in a lifetime opportunity to be in a safe space, have food served to you and to conquer your busy internal dialogue.

We often use conversation and other activities to distract ourselves from ourselves.

The purpose of the silent retreat is to allow time with yourself, to facilitate personal transformation.

Devoting time to your own thoughts takes patience, diligence, and even bravery.

At the end of your retreat, it’ll be hard not to feel proud of the work you put into your mental health and wellbeing.

Much like a short walk can clear your mind,  a silent retreat, will do the same but with a much greater effect.

I could go on and on about what a silent retreat could do for you.

If you feel called, do it!

Here are some other point form things that may happen:

-Understand yourself much better

-Make amends with the different sides of self within self that often have conflicting views, just by observing them and facing them with curiosity & compassion

-Develop Mental Discipline

-Gain Greater Control of Your Emotions

-Become more aware of our body, we are more conscious of the subtle queues our body is sending us. This will lead to better decisions regarding our nutrition, physical activity, and medical care.

-Healing the wounds from your past.

-See issues from a different perspective.

-Accelerating your personal development can enables you to perform at an optimal level by eliminating the barriers that are holding you back. Such barriers include stress, unresolved issues, and a racing mind.

-Speeding up your development because you’re focusing all of your attention on your personal needs the entire time you are there. You are essentially doing several years’ worth of work in just a matter of days.

-Gain Greater Peace and Happiness

-You’ll likely be tested harder than you ever have.
